Gold Key - Marriott 42 Ocean Condos /
We produced a two-minute walkthrough video, a VR experience and renderings for this project in Virginia Beach.
Monarch Tysons /
The luxury condominium market is the pinnacle of elegant design and here at Clout Studio we were privileged to be a part of Northern Virginia’s most breathtaking arrival into the market. Collaborating with Wallace and Company on another excellent WDG designed building we were able to produce digital renders for a successful funding bid before continuing our work for a marketing package that included 10 renders, a 3D rotatable model and a fly-through.
Chinook Winds Casino /
We produced a number of day and night renderings for this Casino, and created day/night sliders to view the differences.
THE MAIN BY HILTON /
We began working on this project creating schematic images for zoning approval. The architects we collaborated with would provide us with information regarding their designs but additionally with the backstory of the Norfolk, VA area, it’s history, it’s demographics and what the city was looking for from what would be a new development alongside an existing architectural aesthetic. Over the course of around 18 months we would periodically update the images per zoning feedback until the final design was approved and construction was to begin.
By this point we had a deep understanding of the area and its history and thanks to that, we were contracted to take our expertise in video production and our new found knowledge in the Norfolk, VA story and to mesh that with the Hilton brand in order to create a symbiosis between Norfolk and Hilton. While our deliverable was to be a 3D video production of the hotel and the surrounding area, Hilton were to provide video clips of senior management talking about Norfolk and the value Hilton’s brand could bring to the area. We created separate video clips that could be used both by brokers and by Hilton in an extended video edit in order to provide both with versatile marketing tools.
The outcome was that by the time construction was complete in May 2017, the conference facilities that were one of the signature amenities of the hotel and the key selling points were fully booked until early 2018. Hilton’s marketing team cited Clout Studio’s visuals as an important factor in the success of the marketing efforts for the project and CNN included the hotel in the top 15 Southern cities to visit of 2017.
VYV Hudson Exchange /
Designed by Perkins Eastman Boston and being developed by Brookfield Properties, we were in charge of developing 10 images for the VYV Hudson Exchange Phase 1B. Located in Jersey City, New Jersey, this 18-acre mixed-use master plan, will yield a combined total of 625,000 square feet
CSH Senior Living Community /
With yet another Senior Living project under our belts, Atria Senior Living Memory Care meant our first collaboration with Studio Six 5. Austin.
Focused on comfort, style and assisted care for the elders, our client was looking to create an animation and renderings to market Atria´s new facilities in Highland Park, Chicago. In this case we produced the animation and gave the client the option of capturing six stills to be turned into renderings.
2728 THE STRAND /
The main objective of the client was to sell this house, to achieve this they wanted to make a few renovations that would add value to the property. In terms of architecture they knew the modifications that they wanted to make to the house, but in terms of interior design the client had not defined anything. That's where Clout came in, we proposed furniture, fixtures and accessories that we considered the best fit for the property which matched the style the client wanted to convey. You can take a look below at the results achieved, as well as the initial information we received and the process that took us there.
